# The Local Government Superannuation (Amendment)Regulations 1990, Regulation 2: Appropriate superannuation fund


In Regulation C1(5) of the principal Regulations, after sub-paragraph (i), there shall be inserted the following:
“or
(j) at any time after 31st March 1990 ceases to be a pensionable employee of the London Residuary Body, and within one month and a day after ceasing to be such an employee becomes a pensionable employee of a London borough council or of the Common Council,”.
