  "text": "(1) There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any expenses incurred by any Minister of the Crown under this Act; and\n(b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.\n(2) Any sums received by the Secretary of State under a provision of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.",
