# The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 (Amendment) Order 2014, Article 2: Amendment of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009


(1) The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 38(1)(f) (meaning of “community planning partners”), for “police authority” substitute “police and crime commissioner”.
