  "text": "(1) The Local Government Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit section 30 (operation of different executive arrangements).\n(3) Before section 33A insert—\n“Wales: changing governance arrangements\n33ZA For provision about changing the governance arrangements of local authorities in Wales, see Part 4 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011.”.\n(4) In section 45 (provisions with respect to referendums), in subsection (9), after “this Part” insert “ or under section 40 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 ”.",
