  "heading": "Timing of council meetings",
  "text": "(1) The Welsh Ministers may give guidance about the times at which meetings of a local authority are held.\n(2) A local authority must have regard to guidance given under subsection (1).\n(3) In subsection (1), “meetings of a local authority” means—\n(a) meetings of the local authority;\n(b) meetings of any committee or sub-committee of the authority.",
