  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“co-opted member” (“aelod cyfetholedig”), in relation to an overview and scrutiny committee of a local authority, or a sub-committee of such a committee, means a person who is—\n(a)a member of the committee or sub-committee, but\n(b)not a member of the local authority;\n“overview and scrutiny committee” (“pwyllgor trosolwg a chraffu”) has the same meaning as in Part 2 of the Local Government Act 2000 (see section 21 of that Act).",
