# The Local Health Boards (Functions) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


These Regulations may be cited as the Local Health Boards (Functions) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st April 2003 immediately after the coming into force of the Local Health Boards (Functions) Regulations 2003 and apply to Wales only.
