Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Justice Areas (No. 2) Order 2011.

This Order comes into force on 8th August 2011 for the purposes of part 1 of the schedule to this Order.

For all other purposes this Order comes into force on 1st January 2012, immediately after the coming into force of the Local Justice Areas Order 2011^f1.
