The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005 is amended as follows—
(a) omit “Bolton”;
(b) omit “Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale”;
(c) omit “Bury and Rochdale”;
(d) omit “Chorley”;
(e) omit “East Lancashire”;
(f) omit “Fylde Coast”;
(g) omit “Lancaster”;
(h) omit “Manchester and Salford”;
(i) omit “Oldham”;
(j) omit “Ormskirk”;
(k) omit “Preston and South Ribble”;
(l) omit “Stockport”;
(m) omit “Sussex (Northern)”;
(n) omit “Sussex (Western)”;
(o) omit “Tameside”;
(p) omit “Trafford”;
(q) omit “Wigan and Leigh”;
(r) after “Gloucestershire” insert “Greater Manchester”;
(s) after “Kirklees” insert “Lancashire”;
(t) after “West London” insert “West Sussex”.
