  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Justice Areas (No.2) Order 2005.\n(2) For the purposes of Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, this Order shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.\n(3) For all other purposes this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2006.\n(4) This Order extends to England and Wales.",
