Article 5 Incidental Amendments

The Local Justice Areas (No. 1) Order 2006^f1 is amended as follows.

(1)

In article 2, delete the definition of “relevant new area”.

(2)

Part 1 of the Schedule is amended as follows—

(a)

at the end of the heading, for “ARTICLE 3(1)” substitute “ARTICLES 3(1) and (2)”; and

(b)

in paragraph 2(1), for “the new area” substitute “a new area”.

(3)

In paragraph 4 of the Schedule, for “relevant new area” substitute “new area as specified by article 3(1) or article 3(2), whichever is applicable”.
