Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Justice Areas Order 2009.

For the purposes of Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, this Order shall come into force on 17th August 2009.

(3)

For all other purposes this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2010.
