# The Local Justice Areas Order 2012, Article 4: Amendment to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005


The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005 is amended as follows—
(a) omit “Halton” and “Warrington”;
(b) after “North Cambridgeshire” insert “North Cheshire”;
(c) omit “North Durham” and “South Durham”;
(d) after “Cornwall” insert “County Durham and Darlington”.
