  "long_title": "This Order provides for the new local justice area named Leicestershire and Rutland to replace the existing local justice areas of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Market Bosworth, Leicester, Market Harborough and Lutterworth and Loughborough, Melton, Belvoir and Rutland. It also provides for the new local justice area named Lincolnshire to replace the existing local justice areas of East Lincolnshire and South Lincolnshire and West Lincolnshire, and South and East Cheshire to replace the existing local justice areas of Macclesfield and South Cheshire.",
