  "text": "(1) The existing areas of—\n(a) Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Market Bosworth,\n(b) Leicester, Market Harborough and Lutterworth, and\n(c) Loughborough, Melton, Belvoir and Rutland,\nare combined to become a new area named Leicestershire and Rutland.\n(2) The existing areas of—\n(a) East Lincolnshire,\n(b) South Lincolnshire, and\n(c) West Lincolnshire,\nare combined to become a new area named Lincolnshire.\n(3) The existing areas of Macclesfield and South Cheshire are combined to become a new area named South and East Cheshire.",
