# The Local Justice Areas Order 2013, Article 3: New Areas


(1) The existing areas of—
(a) Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Market Bosworth,
(b) Leicester, Market Harborough and Lutterworth, and
(c) Loughborough, Melton, Belvoir and Rutland,
are combined to become a new area named Leicestershire and Rutland.
(2) The existing areas of—
(a) East Lincolnshire,
(b) South Lincolnshire, and
(c) West Lincolnshire,
are combined to become a new area named Lincolnshire.
(3) The existing areas of Macclesfield and South Cheshire are combined to become a new area named South and East Cheshire.
