# The Local Justice Areas Order 2013, Article 4: Amendment to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005


The Schedule to the Local Justice Areas Order 2005 is amended as follows—
(a) omit “Ashby de-la-Zouch and Market Bosworth”;
(b) omit “Leicester, Market Harborough and Lutterworth”;
(c) omit “Loughborough, Melton, Belvoir and Rutland”;
(d) omit “East Lincolnshire”;
(e) omit “South Lincolnshire”;
(f) omit “West Lincolnshire”;
(g) omit “Macclesfield”;
(h) omit “South Cheshire”;
(i) after “Leeds District” insert “Leicestershire and Rutland” followed by “Lincolnshire”;
(j) after “South Durham” insert “South and East Cheshire”.
