Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Justice Areas Order 2016.

This Order comes into force on 14th October 2016 for the purposes of Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule.

(3)

For all other purposes, this Order comes into force on 1st April 2017.
