  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or government department in consequence of this Act;\n(b) any expenditure incurred by a Minister of the Crown or government department in the payment of any amount recoverable from him or them under this Act by the Chief Land Registrar ;\n(c) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.",
