Section 20 Short title etc.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Local Land Charges Act 1975.
(2)
This Act binds the Crown, but nothing in this Act shall be taken to render land owned by or occupied for the purposes of the Crown subject to any charge to which, independently of this Act, it would not be subject.
(4)
This Act extends to England and Wales only.
