  "text": "For Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977 there shall be substituted the following Schedule:\n“SCHEDULE 3\nFEES\nItem\nFee £\n1.\nRegistration of a charge in Part II of the register\n54.00\n2.\nFiling a definitive certificate of the Lands Tribunal under rule 10(3)\n1.90\n3.\nFiling a judgment order or application for the variation or cancellation of an entry in Part II of the register\n5.70\n4.\nInspection of documents filed under rule 10 in respect of each parcel f land\n1.90\n5.\nPersonal search in the whole or in part of the register and in addition, in respect of each parcel of land above one, where under rule 11(3) the search extends to more than one period, subject to a maximum £13.00\n0.70\n6.\nOfficial search (including issue of official certificate of search)—\n(a) in any one part of the register\n1.70\n(b) in the whole of the register\n4.40\nand in addition, in respect of each parcel of land above one, where under rule 11(3) more than one parcel is included in the same requisition (whether the requisition is for a search in the whole or any part of the register), subject to a maximum of £13.00\n0.70\n7.\nOffice copy of any entry in the register (not including a copy or extract of any plan or document files pursuant to these Rules)\n1.20\n8.\nOffice copy of any plan or other document filed pursuant to these Rules\nsuch reasonable fee as may be fixed by the registering authority according to the time and work involved\n”",
