# The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


LAND CHARGES
Made 6th February 1992
Laid before Parliament 7th February 1992
Coming into force 1st March 1992
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975 and with the concurrence of the Treasury as to fees, hereby makes the followng Rules:
