Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1995 and shall come into force on 1st March 1995.

(2)

In these Rules “the principal Rules” means the Local Land Charges Rules 1977f1.
