# The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1995, Article 2: Requisition and issue of official search certificates by electronic means


At the beginning of rules 11(2) and (4) and 13 of the principal Rules there shall be added “Subject to rule 16 (Requisition and issue of official search certificates by electronic means)”.
