Made 7th May 1998
Laid before Parliament 8th May 1998
Coming into force 1st June 1998
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975, and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Rules:
