  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Local Land Charges Rules 1977 (SI 1977/985) by substituting in Schedule 3 (fees) an increased fee of £22.00 for a personal search in the whole or in part of the register in respect of one parcel of land. The increased fee becomes payable from 1st January 2010.",
