LAND CHARGES

Made 3rd June 1977

Laid before Parliament 20th June 1977

Coming into Operation 1st August 1977

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Local Land Charges Act 1975 and with the concurrence of the Treasury as to fees, hereby makes the following Rules:—
