The Public Works Loan Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 41 of the Public Works Loans Act 1875f1, with the approval of the Treasury, make the following Regulations:

1875 c. 89; section 41 was repealed for certain purposes by section 2(3) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1945 (c.18). It was amended by section 24(2) of, and Part 2 of Schedule 6 to, the National Loans Act 1968 (c.13); and section 1(1) of, and Part 12 of Schedule 1 to, the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1986 (c.12).
