# The Local Loans (Procedure) Regulations 1968, Regulation 5: Receipts and discharges


Any receipt required to be given by or on behalf of the Commissioners, and any receipt or further discharge to be given when all money due in respect of a loan has been fully paid, shall be given by the Secretary to the Commissioners.
