# The Local Loans (Procedure) Regulations 1968, Regulation 7: Powers of other officers


The Assistant Secretary to the Commissioners, and not more than two other officers authorised by the Commissioners for the purpose, shall be competent to perform any act authorised by these Regulations to be performed by their Secretary.
