# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 11: Amendment to the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988


(1) The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988 are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 34 of Schedule 2 (classes of vehicles to which these Regulations do not apply), for “in England and Wales by a police authority” substitute “ in England and Wales by a local policing body ”.
