# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 12: Amendment to the Police (Disposal of Sound System) Regulations 1995


(1) The Police (Disposal of Sound System) Regulations 1995 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (application of proceeds of sale), after “police authority” (in each place) insert “ or local policing body ”.
