# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 15: Amendment to the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998


(1) The Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (exceptions), in paragraph (3)(d), after “police authority” insert “ , a local policing body ”.
