# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 17: Amendment to the Motor Vehicles (Access to Driver Licensing Records) Regulations 2001


(1) The Motor Vehicle (Access to Driver Licensing Records) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(2) (further disclosure), after “police authority” insert “ , local policing body or chief officer of police ”.
