# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Special Constables Regulations 1965


(1) The Special Constables Regulations 1965 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5A(1) and (2) (special constables' allowance) for “police authority” (in each place) substitute “ local policing body ”.
