# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 23: Amendment to the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007


(1) The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.
(2) In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 3 (classes of advertisement for which deemed consent is granted), in the entry for Class 10, for “police authority” (in each place) substitute “ local policing body ”.
