# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 24: Amendment to the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008


(1) The REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3 (health and safety enforcement), in Part 3, in paragraph 5(c), after “police authority” insert “ , local policing body ”.
