# The Local Policing Bodies (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2011, Regulation 7: Amendment to the Weighing of Motor Vehicles (Use of Dynamic Axle Weighing Machines) Regulations 1978


(1) The Weighing of Motor Vehicles (Use of Dynamic Axle Weighing Machines) Regulations 1978 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), after “police authority” insert “ , a local policing body ”.
