  "text": "(1) The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 6 (exemptions)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(xiv), for “in England and Wales by a police authority” substitute “ in England and Wales by a local policing body ”;\n(b) in paragraph (5), in paragraph (ii) of the definition of “test”, for “police authority” substitute “ local policing body ”.",
