Regulation 2 Amendment to the Local Probation Boards (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001

For regulation 7(3) of the Local Probation Boards (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001^f1 there is substituted—

“(3)

An audit committee shall have a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 4 members.

(3A)

At least 4 members of the audit committee shall also be members of the local probation board.”
