# The Local Review Committee (Scotland) Revocation Rules 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules revoke the Local Review Committee (Scotland) Rules 1967. Rule 8 of those Rules is revoked on 1st June. The remainder of those Rules (including the various Rules amending those Rules) are revoked with effect from 1st September 1995.
