  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order postpones the date on which the local statutory provisions listed in the Schedule to the Order shall cease to have effect under section 59(6) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. The date is postponed from 31st December 2000 until 31st December 2001.",
