# The Local Transport Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013, Article 2: Appointed day


The appointed day for the coming into force of section 4(1) (in so far as it relates to section 4(2) and 4(3)) and section 4(2) and (3) of the Act (removal of traffic commissioner for inability or misbehaviour) is 6th April 2013.
