Section 79 (financial backing for public transport companies) is amended as follows.

In each of subsections (1), (4), (6) and (10), at the beginning insert “ An Integrated Transport Authority ”.

(3)

In subsection (8) after “Subject to subsection (9) below,” insert “ an Integrated Transport Authority, ”.
