  "text": "(1) Section 9A (general functions of Passenger Transport Authorities and Executives) is amended as follows.\n(2) Before “passenger transport area” (in each place) insert “ integrated transport area or ”.\n(3) In consequence of the amendments made by this Part, the heading to that section becomes “ General functions of Authorities and Executives ”.",
