In subsection (8)(b)(i) for “a metropolitan county passenger transport authority” substitute “ an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area ”.

In subsection (9)(b) for “a Passenger Transport Authority for a passenger transport area” substitute “ an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area ”.

(4)

In subsection (10) after “Where” insert “ an Integrated Transport Authority or ”.
