Section 104 (travel concessions on services provided by PTEs) is amended as follows.

In subsections (1) and (2) for “Passenger Transport Authority” (in each place) substitute “ Authority ”.

In subsections (2) and (3) before “a passenger transport area” insert “ an integrated transport area or ”.

After subsection (3) insert—

“(4)

In this section “Authority”, in relation to an area, means the Integrated Transport Authority or, as the case may be, the Passenger Transport Authority for that area.”.
