  "text": "(1) The Local Government and Housing Act 1989 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 155 (emergency financial assistance to local authorities), in subsection (4)(g), for “a metropolitan county passenger transport authority” substitute “ an Integrated Transport Authority ”.",
