  "text": "(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act extends to England and Wales only.\n(2) The following provisions also extend to Scotland—\n(a) sections 1 to 6;\n(b) section 47 and Schedule 3;\n(c) sections 53 and 54(1) to (7);\n(d) sections 55 and 56;\n(e) sections 57 to 61;\n(f) section 68(1) and (2);\n(g) section 72;\n(h) section 74;\n(i) section 119;\n(j) section 122;\n(k) section 125;\n(l) section 126;\n(m) section 128;\n(n) sections 129 and 130;\n(o) sections 132, 134, 135 and this section;\n(p) the repeals in Part 3 of Schedule 7 relating to sections 22 and 23 of the TA 1985, and section 131 so far as relating to those repeals.\n(3) The following provisions also extend to Northern Ireland—\n(a) section 122;\n(b) sections 129 and 130;\n(c) sections 132, 134, 135 and this section.",
