  "text": "The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act so far as relating to Wales is 1 April 2012—\n(a) section 46;\n(b) subject to article 4, section 162(3)(b) and (c); and\n(c) Parts 7 and 10 of Schedule 25, and section 237 so far as relating to those Parts.",
